888zk Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 888zk ("888zk", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 888zk.club and all associated subdomains and services.

By completing registration on the 888zk platform, accessing any part of the 888zk website, downloading or using any 888zk software, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the 888zk platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms incorporate by reference the 888zk Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms applicable to individual promotions, the Game Rules applicable to each game title or category, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. All such incorporated documents form part of this Agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

888zk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentary evidence of age — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated during a period of suspected underage access shall be subject to forfeiture.

888zk is operated for and marketed to players resident in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are a Philippine resident or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 888zk is lawful in your jurisdiction.

To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• Registration of an account using a false name, false date of birth, or another person's identity constitutes fraud and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
• You must provide a valid GCash number, PayMaya account, or Philippine bank account in your name for the purposes of withdrawals. Third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
• Only one (1) account per natural person is permitted. Duplicate accounts detected by 888zk systems will result in closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register accounts on the 888zk platform, which is strictly for individual natural persons.

All 888zk members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a clear, unaltered photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and may require additional proof of address or payment method ownership at 888zk's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888zk account credentials, including your username and password. 888zk will never request your password through any channel. You agree to notify 888zk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not, unless and until 888zk is formally notified of unauthorized access and takes appropriate action.
• Personal Use Only: Your 888zk account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to access, use, or operate your account on your behalf.
• Account Transfers: 888zk accounts and account balances are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
• Dormant Accounts: 888zk reserves the right to classify accounts as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with the Fee Schedule, which is available in the account settings section of the platform.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending withdrawals will be processed prior to account closure. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

888zk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). 888zk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your name.

Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are displayed in the 888zk cashier at the time of transaction. 888zk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if it determines the payment originates from an unauthorized source or violates these Terms or applicable law.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. 888zk will make commercially reasonable efforts to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) Philippine business days.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya; ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method as the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering protocols.
• 888zk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.
• Funds that remain in your 888zk account are held for your benefit and are not used for 888zk's operational expenses. Player funds are maintained in accounts separate from 888zk operational funds.

888zk offers various promotional bonuses to its members, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback Offers, and VIP Program rewards. All promotions are subject to specific Bonus Terms that accompany each offer and are published at the time of the promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded to the named account holder only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 888zk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to your account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering designed to guarantee the extraction of bonus value, or any other manipulative strategy constitutes bonus abuse. 888zk may void bonuses, withhold related winnings, and suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
• 888zk employees, their immediate families, and associates are not eligible to participate in promotional offers unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Only one Welcome Bonus per household, per IP address, per device, per mobile number, or per GCash/payment account is permitted.

All games offered on the 888zk platform — including live dealer games, RNG-based slots, bingo, virtual sports, and table games — are operated under specific game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules.

888zk's RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently tested and certified to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and that stated RTPs (Return to Player percentages) and house edges are accurate. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — operated by trained dealers under real-time monitoring to ensure integrity.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that materially affects the outcome of a game, 888zk reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount. Winnings arising from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a live game session, your placed bets prior to disconnection are binding and will be resolved according to the game outcome. 888zk is not liable for winnings lost due to player-side connectivity issues.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game and may differ between game categories, table types, and player tiers.
• Currency: All games on 888zk are played in Philippine Peso (PHP). 888zk does not accept gameplay in foreign currencies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888zk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using 888zk for the purpose of disguising the proceeds of criminal activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gaming activity.
• Automated Software and Bots: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the 888zk platform or place bets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or any game where player decisions interact with other players' outcomes.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors are void.
• Underage Access: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your 888zk account or access any gaming services through your credentials.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any 888zk software or platform component.

888zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino members. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings. Requests to reduce limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from 888zk for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Session time reminder notifications are available and configurable in your account settings. 888zk recommends enabling these for all members who play for extended periods.
• Circumventing Self-Exclusion: Attempts to register a new account or access 888zk services during a self-exclusion period constitute a breach of these Terms. Any winnings accumulated during a circumvented self-exclusion period are void and will be forfeited.

All content on the 888zk platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game software — is the property of 888zk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

888zk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform; use the 888zk brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any 888zk platform content.

888zk collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

888zk implements industry-standard data security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted password storage, and segregated storage for KYC documents. 888zk complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in its handling of all member data.

888zk will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., payment processors, identity verification services) under contractual data protection obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888zk's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888zk expressly excludes all liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party telecommunications or payment network failures; (d) unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude 888zk's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

888zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 888zk will provide notice to registered members via the email address on file and/or a prominent in-platform notification not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at 888zk.club/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the 888zk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 888zk platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, or, at 888zk's election, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 888zk's game log and server records shall be the primary source of truth. 888zk's determination of game outcomes based on such records shall be final and binding, absent a demonstrable system error.
